By accessing and using PKGD ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
PKGD is a thumbnail creation platform that allows users to generate, edit, and enhance thumbnails using AI-powered tools. We provide tools for creating video thumbnails, YouTube Shorts thumbnails, and other visual content.

Your Content: You retain ownership of content you create using PKGD. By using the Service, you grant us a license to store, process, and display your content solely to provide the Service.
AI-Generated Content: Content generated using our AI tools may be subject to the terms of the underlying AI service providers. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable laws and third-party rights.
Templates: Templates provided by PKGD are for your use within the Service. You may use templates to create your own content but may not redistribute the templates themselves.
Subscription Plans: PKGD offers paid subscription plans (Starter, Pro, and Elite) with different credit allocations and features. All plans are billed monthly. Current pricing is available on our Pricing page.
Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full credit card information on our servers. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.
Credit System: Each subscription plan includes a monthly allocation of credits used for AI generations. Credits reset at the beginning of each billing cycle. Unused credits do not roll over to the next month and have no cash value.
Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed monthly on the same day you originally subscribed. Your subscription will automatically renew each month until cancelled.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Billing page or Stripe Customer Portal. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your subscription benefits until the end of your current billing period. After that period ends, your subscription will not renew and you will lose access to paid features.
Refund Policy: Due to the nature of digital services and AI-based credits that are consumed immediately upon use, all sales are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for:

Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing. You will be notified at least 30 days before any price changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after price changes constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time.
PKGD is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost data, lost profits, or business interruption.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in harmful behavior. You may delete your account at any time through the Service settings.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated through the Service. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
